About the job
The Manager - Communications will be responsible for leading major projects and campaigns for the client(s). Day to day the role is varied ranging from taking client briefs, collaborating with the strategy and creative teams on brief development, presenting work, managing the production stages of projects and fostering the younger talents in the team.
Requirement
Assisting Business Lead to ensure all processes, FTE team utilisation and commercial delivery approaches are accurate and the most efficient/effective across account(s).
Manage all operations and improve the 'Hygiene' and health of all operational and logistical activities incl. smooth mgmt. of account, improved evaluation score of client, timely follow-up with internal stakeholders, regular internal and external meetings, ensure pro-active briefing to get ahead of client requests leveraging all competencies like data, SM, strategy, category and consumer understanding, on-time contact reports, updated CPSs, status reports etc.
