Company DescriptionWe are one of the leading foundry and manufacturer of castings o Ducile & grey iron for a wide range of insurtiews such as Automotive,Agriclture,Railwasy, off -Highway,Water Works & General EngineeringJob Purpose:This is full-time on-site position for Head Quality Control and Assurance role at Shivalik Engineering Industries Limited, Bhilai, Chattisgarh.Education Qualification:Diploma/BE - Metallurgy or Mechanical  Experience:1. Total experience 12-15 years in foundry industry, 2. Knowledge of foundry process, sand plant, metallurgy and foundry defects. 3. Knowledge of QMS system, IATF 16949. 4. Experience in process quality control and lab management within the foundry industry5. Strong knowledge of qualify control principles, procedures, and techniques6. Experience in conducting inspection testing and data analysis7. Ability to interpret technical specifications, drawings, and standards8. Excellent problem sloving and decision making skills9. Strong leadershop and team management abilities10. Effective communication and interpersonal skillsJob Role The Head Quality will be responsible for maintaining the quality incoming RM, Process control, final inspection, customer coordination on quality reporting to Plant Head. He will ensure adherence to quality standards, analyze production data, conduct inspections and tests, and provide technical guidance to the team.He has to control monitor and review of inhouse rejection PPM and action plan with proper analysis.Review of customer complaints, customer audit and NC closure. Candidates who are ready to relocate Bhilai would be prefferable.
