We aim to provide our clients with the highest quality of service and the most efficient property search experience.OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic and organized Team Lead for our Pre Sales department to oversee a team of 8-10 Pre Sales Executives. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage the day-to-day activities of the team, allocate leads and data effectively, establish streamlined processes, and ensure flawless execution of those processes. The Team Lead will work closely with the sales team to ensure leads are effectively followed up and converted into potential site visits and closures. This position requires strong leadership abilities, a solid understanding of business management principles, and a minimum of 1+ year of experience in a similar leadership role within a sales environment.Responsibilities:Team Management:Lead and supervise a team of 8-10 Pre Sales Executives.Allocate leads and data among team members based on workload and expertise.Monitor daily activities, provide guidance, and ensure adherence to set processes.Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and performance evaluations with team membersProcess Establishment and Execution:Develop and implement efficient pre sales processes to maximize productivity and conversion rates.Ensure 100% adherence to established processes and standards.Continuously optimize workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness.Coordination with Sales Team:Collaborate closely with the Sales team to ensure seamless transition of leads and effective follow-up.Provide necessary support and information to facilitate lead conversion into potential site visits and closures.Maintain open communication channels to address any issues or challenges in the pre sales process.Reporting and Analysis:Monitor key performance metrics such as lead conversion rates, site visits, and closures.Prepare regular reports and analysis on team performance and process effectiveness.Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjustments to strategies as needed.Training and Development:Conduct training sessions to enhance team members' skills in pre sales techniques and product knowledge.Mentor team members to foster professional growth and career development.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum of 1+ year of experience in a team lead or managerial role within a pre sales environment.Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant sales tools.Benefits:Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.Opportunities for career advancement and professional development.Collaborative and supportive work environment.Application Process: Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume and cover letter detailing their qualifications and relevant experience.
