Manager- Social Media and Internal Communications

Primary Purpose of RoleThe Social Media and Internal Communications Manager at AB InBev India is responsible for leading social media and internal communications for the company. You will establish and build a strong external voice for AB InBev India across all its social media pages ( & Instagram) in addition to internal communications to effectively reach and engage with relevant internal and external target audience. Lead and implement content strategies by effectively engaging key influencers through multiple owned media channels across digital media and internal events. You will create and drive talk-worthy ideas, shareable content, credentials, and more. Your objective will be to make our consumers aware of our propositions, drive consideration, build loyalty, and evoke an emotional connect in our brands. Work closely with senior leaders within the company to build a strong engagement through internal events and compelling digital media content. The candidate should be able to develop effective social media & internal communications plan that align with the company's overall business objectives. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for crafting a compelling brand messaging, creative content, and presentations. Proficiency in digital marketing and social media platforms is important Ability to develop creative content that resonates with the target audience is vital. This includes expertise in storytelling, copywriting, and content creation for various media channels (internal & external).A strong ability to analyze consumer insights will help in identifying trends, understanding the target market, and making informed decisionsKnowledge of brand guidelines and the ability to maintain brand consistency across all communication touchpointsBeing able to develop crisis communication plans and handle potential brand reputation risks effectively is critical in today's fast-paced business environment.While not a strict requirement, having a genuine interest and enthusiasm for the beer and beverage industry can be advantageous for understanding consumer trends.
