Experience: 15+ Years of experience in Architectural designing majorly into Hospitality SectorPRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESCreating and developing architectural designs for new hotel projects or renovations. This involves collaborating with other departments such as interior design, engineering, and landscaping to ensure the overall coherent design of the property.Ensuring that all architectural designs comply with local building codes, zoning laws, and other regulatory requirements. The head architect must also ensure that the designs meet the standards set by international architectural and hospitality associations.Collaborating with the project management team to develop and manage the architectural budget. This includes estimating the costs of materials, labor, and other architectural expenses, as well as finding cost-effective solutions without compromising on quality.Monitoring the construction process to ensure that architectural designs are implemented according to plan. This involves coordinating with contractors, architects, and designers to resolve any design or construction issues that may arise.Incorporating sustainable and environmentally friendly design practices into the architectural plans, encompassing aspects such as energy efficiency, waste reduction, and the use of eco-friendly materials.Designing spaces that enhance the overall guest experience, including public areas, guest rooms, and leisure facilities.
