Join our team to help create a vibrant and inclusive community around our games.Responsibilities:**Engage with the Community:** Interact with players across various social media platforms (e.g., Discord, Reddit, Twitter, Instagram) to build relationships and foster a positive community environment.**Content Creation:** Assist in creating and sharing engaging content such as posts, images, videos, and live streams to keep our community informed and entertained.**Feedback Collection:** Monitor community feedback and report key insights to the development team to help improve our games.**Community Events:** Help organize and execute online events such as contests, giveaways, and live Q&A sessions to drive engagement.**Moderation:** Ensure that community guidelines are followed, promoting a safe and respectful environment for all players.Ideal Candidate:- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in community management, social media, or related fields.- Strong written and verbal communication skills.- Passionate about gaming and knowledgeable about current gaming trends.- Creative and proactive in engaging with online communities.- Basic understanding of social media platforms and community management tools.- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Bonus Skills:- Experience with graphic design or video editing tools.- Familiarity with our games and player base.- Previous experience managing a community or running a social media channel.
