Position: Senior Analyst, Global Actuarial & Analytics ServicesLocation: Gurugram/Bengaluru (Hybrid- 2 days a week from office)Job responsibilities: SME for the US admitted market bureau-based Commercial Property product. As an SME, assist in the following activities: • Design, configure, and test different pricing algorithms for Commercial Property based on customer's needs. • Analyze US property and casualty industry to create proposals; ensure profitability for Commercial Property product. • Hands-on understanding of various Actuarial monitoring processes like Indications, Rate Filings, Statistical Reporting, Rate Monitoring, Renewal Readiness reports and other KPI based reports. • Create SOPs for processes to standardize them. Qualifications and skills required • Graduates or post-graduates • 2-4 years of meaningful property and casualty insurance experience • 4+ Actuarial Exams as per new curriculum, not including CB3/CT9 • Understanding of the US Property and Casualty Industry. • Strong understanding of Property Insurance. Knowledge of Commercial Property is an additional advantage. • Experience working on SQL server, Excel - Basic & Advanced and Python • Good written and verbal communication, and a team player • Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the organization's values. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Responsible and dedicated to meet the clients' expectations. • Plans tasks and organizes own work. • Keeps the team informed about work-related activities.
