Ltd. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company, including managing projects, coordinating with different departments, ensuring quality control, and implementing strategic plans. The General Manager will also be responsible for fostering a positive work environment and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.QualificationsStrong leadership and managerial skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExperience in the construction industryKnowledge of pre-fabricated and modular constructionAbility to analyze market trends and make strategic decisionsProven track record in project managementProblem-solving and decision-making skillsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related fieldExperience in business development and client relationship management is a plus PRB
