JOB RESPONSIBILITIES- Coordinate Short Training Programs and Deliver Induction Modules - Design and Track the Delivery of Training and Development programmes- Explore and implement new Learning Technologies and Methodologies- Plan and assess the ROI of training / development programmes- Work closely with TL, concerned training partners and the HR team to come up with required training programs- Content Development (Create classroom / e-learning modules as per needs)- Identify T&D needs devise Individual Learning Plans- Work on L&D related special projects from time to timeEXPERIENCE & EDUCATION- 2-4 years of experience in coordination and reporting of L&D programs- Experience in Consulting, Big 4, BFSI, Law Firms, HR Consulting Firms etc.- Significant experience in coordination and tracking of Classroom and E-Learning Training program.- Knowledge of software tools like Canva, Adobe etc to create the content- Proficient in Content Designing and Delivery of Non-Technical Training Modules- Excellent communication / interpersonal skills- Good ability to build relations with stakeholders- A Bachelors Degree in Humanities, Business or Psychology PRB
