Assistant General Manager - Civil

RAIN is seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager - Civil to lead and oversee the capacity expansion project at its plant in Unit 2: Sreepuram, Boincheruvupalli (V), Peapully (M), Nandyal (Dist.), Andhra Pradesh 518220.The ideal candidate should have strong project management skills involved in overseeing and coordinating various projects from start to finish while ensuring that schedules, budgets, and specifications are followed carefully. We seek a project leader with significant experience in site management, contractors' management, manpower planning, erection planning, and people management.ResponsibilitiesMonitoring and Execution of Greenfield Project WorksBOQ Preparation & Bill Checking and CertificationCollaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project.Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authoritiesDetermine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitationsPlan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met.Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequaciesHire contractors and other staff and allocate responsibilitiesSupervise the work of labourers', mechanics etc. and give them guidance when neededEvaluate progress and prepare detailed reportsEnsure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issuesPrepare the Project Schedule and tracking & MonitoringPrepare the Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reports and presenting to ManagementProjects for industrial structure Aluminum Form work expansion for civil works, Especially.in cement plants and also have experience in high raise buildings with Aluminum form workWork with AutoCAD, MS Office, Primavera, MS Projects, and SAPRequirementsBachelor's degree in Civil EngineeringMinimum 15 years of experience in construction of industrial projects, high rise buildings, commercial & residential buildingsMinimum 6 Years of experience in Large Cement manufacturing plantsExperience and exposure in the areas of major civil constructions works, such as Industrial Structures, Structural designs, Silos, Factory Buildings, Modern infrastructures, Aluminum Formwork Technology and fast track residential / commercial high-rise projects, precast works, interpretation of technical data etc..Aged between 30 to 50 yearsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsFilters applied for incoming appliesStrong verbal and written communication skillsFluency in Telugu and EnglishFluency in Hindi is a plusPreferred QualificationsB.E / B.Tech in Civil EngineeringExpertise in construction of industrial projects, high rise buildings, commercials & residential buildingsWork LocationRCL Unit 2 - Sreepuram, Peapully (M), Nandyal (D), Andhra Pradesh - 518220About the CompanyRain Cements Limited (RCL) started its operations on August 15, 1986, which coincides with India's 39th Independence Day.
