Description:
The Social Responsibility Manager implements CSR initiatives, including social and environmental programs. The Social Responsibility Manager will also assist with the CSR budget process, monitor expenses and manage the procurement and payment processes for the CSR team. Managing the overall social needs of all accommodation residents, with special consideration for each individuals health, safety, personnel upliftment, training needs, internal and external communication, and general happiness in their living environment by closely working with business divisions, line managers and government departments.
Job Responsibilities:
Continuously improving Transguard's accommodation welfare facilities/ services through CSR Audits
Developing an on-going portfolio of social events.
Ensuring the value-added spending of the CSR fund.
Identifying and implementing alternative welfare fund revenue streams.
