The Brand Coordinator executes and manages the activities of the brand, classification or key programs, depending on scope and complexity. To provide support in order to achieve company's key objectives on sales, margins, stock levels and to assist the Brand Manager in ensuring that an effective plan is in place both in terms of service level and cost efficiencies in accordance to changing business circumstances/.

Responsibilities:

Update the Daily EOD for assigned Market

Regular Update of Wtd, Mtd, Std And Ytd Store/Brand Performance

Monitors SAP and Retail pro prism sale accuracy and coordinates for corrective solution if required for stores

Weekly replenishment report of non-Merchandise requirements of stores

Provide weekly bestseller and slow seller reports and category mix reports vs LY

Consolidate and verify defective products raised by stores and communicate to the Brand

Weekly sales report with pictures

Provides online and wholesale sales reports for replenishment monitoring

Weekly margin review and reports preparation for store review and action
