OBJECTIVE/ PURPOSE OF THE JOB:To ensure in-market execution within spending budget in line with Principal guidelines and Customer satisfaction. This day to day operational supervisor leads assigned Individual Sales contributors (Key Account Executive/ Sales Executive/ Sales Representatives) towardInterfacing with Customer first and second line management levels for in-market executionsNegotiates with customers on the allocated marketing spendAddress stock listing, availability, visibility and expiry issues within prescribed guidelinesLiaises with the logistics function to ensure delivery of stockResponsible for debt recovery and provides support to accounting team for reconciliations s achieving the short term department goals and achieve the allocated Sales Budget.Provides direct supervision of Sales Team (Key Account executive, Sales Executive & Sales Representative) including objective settingIn-depth understanding of Customer Sales Analysis and reporting Competition activitiesUses creativity in improving brand visibility and off take within all trade segmentsTakes part in creating an innovation cultureResponsible to ensure adequate stock availability on shelf 24/7Maintain freshness of stock in StoresResponsible for stock rotationProvide inputs towards short term and medium term related to Brand DevelopmentSkillsDiploma in Marketing / Business Administration or equivalent. University Degree holder preferred2 years expertise in people management.At least 2 years background in a distributor/multinational FMCG business#J-18808-Ljbffr
