About the positionYour main missions and responsibilities will be to: Understand the contractual and commercial operation of Technip Energies' Works Contracts and more specifically NFS project contracts Assist the local manager in the following tasks:• Follow-up and responses to requests for additional work• Management of cost claims and/or extensions of deadlines to/from subcontractors• Monthly follow-up of invoicing and payments to subcontractors• Weekly meetings with subcontractors• Preparation of the monthly activity report of the works contract• Preparation of contractual amendments• Follow-up of correspondence relating to works contracts• Coordination with the other disciplines of the Project (Engineering, Purchasing, Construction, Planning, ...) in order to ensure/anticipate that the subcontractor is able to perform its services without interruption and thus protect the interests of the company in the face of potential claims from the subcontractor Involvement in the life of the site: Regular visits to the site; participation in HSE visitsWe offer you not only a job, but also an inspiring journey in a truly global environment where you team up to push boundaries through the innovation, creativity and pioneering spirit that drives our people.About you:We'd love to hear from you if your profile meets the following essential requirements:• You have a background in engineering • You are fluent in English (French is an asset)• You are results-oriented, delivering to the best of your ability despite tight deadlines• You are a good team player• You have good organizational skillsDiplomas: Bac+5 engineering schoolLanguages: Fluent English/FrenchWhat's next?Start date: September 2024Once your application is received, the recruitment team will select and match your skills, experience, and potential team to the requirements of the position.
