Techno- Functional ERP consultant ( Microsoft dynamics 365)

Responsibilities:

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work collaboratively with QFZ stakeholders to implement and leverage MS Dynamics 365 using best development and implementation methodologies.

Solution Design and Architecture: Supervise solution design and architecture components.

Project Involvement: Participate in Dynamics 365 implementations throughout all project stages, including analysis, design, development, testing, and support.

Technology Integration: Understand the D365 technology stack and peripheral technologies (Azure, Azure SQL, Power BI, Common Data Service, Power Apps, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Machine Learning, etc.).

ERP Implementation: Implement business requirements into MS D365 ERP solutions.

Customization and Enhancement: Customize/enhance the MS D365 ERP system as per client requests.

Artifact Development: Design and develop artifacts in Dynamics 365.

Reporting: Create, design, and modify various reports in Dynamics 365 and perform reporting and presentation to management as needed.

Software Proficiency: Become proficient in software solutions and ISVs (3rd party tools) as directed.

Integrations and Data Conversion: Work with the application team to build integrations and perform data conversion tasks based on requirements.

Code Management: Perform all code merges and fixes.

Testing and Standards Adherence: Perform unit tests and adhere to best practices and coding standards. Test code to ensure it works properly within the system.

Process and Functional Design: Supervise process and functional design activities.

Training and Support: Provide on-the-job training and support for all technical and non-technical users of MS D365 ERP.

Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of solution deliverables is as per design.

Project Lifecycle Management: Manage the quality of deliverables throughout the project lifecycle and conduct project reviews to ensure compliance with project goals.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's Degree

Experience: Over 7 years of extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP and its functional configurations (F&O, HR, SCM).

Certifications:

Microsoft Dynamics Certified Technology Specialist

Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365: Finance and Operations Apps Developer Associate

Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365: Finance Functional Consultant Associate

Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate

Microsoft Dynamics 365: Finance and Operations Apps Solution Architect (Preferred)

Technical Skills:

Design, development, unit tests in Dynamics 365

Microsoft D365 environment knowledge

Frameworks, design patterns, development tools expertise

Enterprise-scale application analysis, design, development, and testing

Implementation Methodology proficiency

Solutions implementation with multiple data sources

Dynamics 365 administration and development

Data Management Framework and entities usage

SQL queries and indexes writing

LCS, DevOps, and Visual Studio experience

ISV solutions knowledge

Best practices and coding standards understanding

Microsoft Azure (SQL on Azure, Web Apps, AppFabric, Service Fabric) experience

Analytical Skills:

Business Analysis and Process Mapping

End-user stories and customer journeys experience

Project Management Skills:

Agile methodology/Scrum master experience

Project management expertise

Process Improvement/Management

Documentation best practices

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
