You will need to understand ANSR portfolio of customers, kind of talent our customers wish to hire, what excites that talent and how to attract them. You will also need to have an exceptional understanding of the tech talent landscape in India.This is an exciting and diverse role, that touches so many different areas, from virtual and physical presence, to how we market our roles and leverage the profile of our leaders. As such youll need to be strategic, thoughtful, but equally hands-on and scrappy.Responsibilities:Responsible for developing timely, compelling communication strategies partnering with the talent strategy team/HRBPs and align it with the strategic business prioritiesSpearhead the design and delivery of end-to-end experiences with the candidatesResponsible for integrating communications across areas of Talent Strategy, Engagement & Hiring strategiesDrive competitive benchmarking researchPlan and deliver programs to promote the local Talent Brand campaigns in line with the hiring requirementsBuild programs/assets to engage with the talent communityRanking management & participation with talent focusEnsure all communications are aligned with the customers brand, purpose, core values and beliefsSkills and Work Experience:A creative, communications professional with strongstory-telling skillsand a passion for exploring new ways to communicate. Deep experiencein communications strategy development and execution. Strong written and communication skills and the ability to present and communicate ideas clearly and persuasivelyExceptionalproject management skills with a can-do attitudeStrong organization, program and time management and content development skills, with a demonstrated ability to meet milestones, meet tight deadlines and communicate status on concurrent projectsCandidate must be able to work in an ambiguous environment, find their way through complexity, be agile and act at speed
