Position: Bench Sales Recruiter - US IT StaffingExperience : 3+ YearsTimings : 6:00 PM to 3:30 AM ISTLocation : Onsite - Hyderabad-KPHBManjeera Majestic CommercialJob Description:As a Bench Sales Recruiter specializing in US IT Staffing, your primary responsibility will be to identify and place IT consultants who are on the bench (between projects) into suitable client engagements. You will play a critical role in maintaining relationships with bench consultants and connecting them with potential project opportunities. This role requires a solid understanding of the IT industry, strong networking skills, and the ability to match consultant skills with client requirements.Responsibilities:1. **Consultant Identification:**- Identify and maintain a pipeline of IT consultants who are currently on the bench and actively seeking new projects.- Utilize various sourcing methods such as internal databases, referrals, and networking events to identify potential consultants.2. **Consultant Engagement:**- Initiate contact with bench consultants to understand their skills, preferences, and availability.- Build and nurture relationships with consultants, keeping them engaged and informed about potential project opportunities.3. **Client Interaction:**- Collaborate with account managers and clients to understand project requirements and skill needs.- Present suitable bench consultants to clients and coordinate interviews or discussions.4. **Client Relationship Management:**- Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their ongoing and upcoming project needs.- Update clients on the availability and skills of bench consultants who match their requirements.5. **Negotiation and Placement:**- Facilitate negotiations between clients and consultants, including contract rates, project duration, and other terms.- Ensure a smooth transition for consultants as they move from the bench to project engagements.6. **Database Management:**- Maintain accurate records of consultants, their skills, availability, and past project history in the company's database.7. **Performance Metrics:**- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as placements, consultant submissions, and revenue generated.8. **Compliance and Documentation:**- Ensure all necessary documentation, contracts, and agreements are completed accurately and in compliance with legal and company standards.9. **Problem Solving:**- Address any challenges or concerns raised by consultants, ensuring a positive experience throughout the placement process.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred but not mandatory).- Previous experience in bench sales recruiting for US IT staffing.- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and market trends.- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.- Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships.- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.- Networking skills and the ability to attend industry events.- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting placement targets and revenue goals.- Ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment.Ability to work in Night Shifts and Onsite.Join our team as a Bench Sales Recruiter and play a crucial role in connecting IT consultants with exciting project opportunities, contributing to both their career growth and the success of our clients in the dynamic IT landscape.Note :- Its an Onsite role to work from office in KPHB (Hyderabad).Interview to attend In-Person (Mandate ) .
