HR -Recruiter / Non IT Recruitment 3-4 years Shipping companyQualified MBA -HR Salary: 5-6 LPA Industry: Freight forwarding / Logistics / Shipping Responsible for PAN India Recruitment at all levels Conduct end to end Recruitment processSourcing from portals, social media & coordination with consultantsArranging & coordinating interviewsMaintaining candidate data & updating recruitment trackerCoordination, and initiating campus drivesTo administer PIs and conduct an initial round of interviewCollect & vet candidate documents and initiate closure, Offer Release, & coordinate for pre-onboarding formalities.
