Roles and Responsibilities:Manage Quality Team Lead & Quality Associates drive Quality culture within Client. The candidate should have excellent problem-solving capabilities and lateral thinking skills.Drive Process Improvement & process re-engineering initiative.Develop and implement Quality Monitoring forms and sampling strategy.Develop and implement Zero Tolerance policy.Excellent skills on Excel/Tools / Data Analysis / Analytical Skills / ReportingDevelop and implement SOW compliance and ticket compliance audits.Develop Quality SOPs and work instructions.Weekly and Monthly Governance with Client and Internal Stakeholders.Confident & Capable to interact/manage and handle the Client. Applicant's Specifications & Qualification: Language Proficiency - Good command over English suitable for an international process.Minimum 5-6 years of experience in BPO - Voice & Backend in International ProcessMinimum 2-3 years of working experience as an Associate Quality Manager. Excellent skills on MS Office/Quality Tools/Data Analysis/Analytical Skills/Reporting.Six Sigma Green belt trained/certified with minimum of one completed project. Understanding of ISO 9001:2015 Basics.Good Knowledge of Audit and Evaluation function, giving feedback and objection handling.Excellent hands-on skills to get into the process deeply & ability to identify the gaps and suggest improvement plans to clients.Candidate should be ready to work in a 24*7 environment.Usage of tools to determine process and gage variation.Usage of tools such as FMEA, Process mapping, CTQ drill down, RCA, etc. Applicant's Specifications & QualificationOverall Experience: 6 yearsProficient in Microsoft OfficeShould be open to work 24X7.Understanding of the Business situation and capability to address issues.Shows flexibility/ownership & works under pressure situation.Demonstrate excellent communication skills.Ability to work within challenging environment with tight delivery timelines.Keen to learn and handle more.Self-motivated Team player and a proven leader PRB
