Lead Cybersecurity Consultant

Job Description:Eximietas Design is seeking an experienced and skilled Cyber Security Professional to joinour dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of hands-onexperience in the cybersecurity field, with a proven track record of successful cyber securityengagements and projects. You will play a crucial role in helping our clients secure theirdigital assets, protect against cyber threats, and implement robust security solutions forboth on-premise and cloud environments.Responsibilities:• Responsible for leading cyber security consulting projects for clients• Provides advanced cyber security consulting to customers and advice to others onproposal efforts, solution design, system management, tuning and modification ofsolutions.• Consult, Review & Document security posture of the customer environment alongwith the identified risks.• Responds to requests for technical information from customers.• Engages in technical problem solving across multiple technologies; often needs todevelop new methods to apply to the situation.• Supports sales activities. Help identify upselling opportunities during consultingengagements with customers.Qualifications• 5-13 years of relevant work experience• BE / BTech at minimum, candidates having an MBA degree will have an advantage• Candidate should have one or more of the following cyber security certifications -Security+, MCSA / MCSE, CCNA, CISA, CCSP, ISO 27001, CEH, CISM• Hand on experience on conducting risk assessments for large organizations• Skills of perception and QA, ability to identify vulnerabilities and overall issues.• Strong IT skills including knowledge on hardware, software, networks, and datacentres.• Knowledge on install, configure, and manage Microsoft Windows and Linuxoperating systems.• Knowledge on security tools, such as firewalls, Qualys, Crowdstrike, Splunk and anti-virus software.• Knowledge on Identity and Access Management (IAM), Privilege AccessManagement (PAM) etc.• Knowledge on AWS and Azure Cloud Services.• Knowledge on web applications platforms, open-source applications etc.• Experience in implementing industry leading practices around cyber risks and cloudsecurity.• Scanning and assessing network for vulnerabilities and to identify all open networkports.• Knowledge on IEC 62443 standard for Cyber Security.• Knowledge on ISO 27001 certifications.• Provide technical expertise and guidance to customer cross-functional teams duringthe development and implementation of security solutions across on-premises andcloud environments.• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically inhigh-pressure situations.• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to presentcomplex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior team members, fostering a cultureof continuous learning and development within the cyber security team.• Collaborate with external vendors and third-party service providers to evaluate and select security solutions that meet the client's needs.
