It involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance consumer experience and support business objectives.Job Responsibilities Packaging development format maintenance, NPD & keeping track of all developments with closures.Manage the design, development, and testing of packaging materials and components to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standardsSourcing Off the shelf innovative packaging for quick launchSpecs Drafting & maintenance, artwork approvals.Interface - New Structures / Rigid Packaging / Laminate / Master Carton / Gift Packs / Promotional Packs / BOPP TapesSample (GIL & Vendor both) dispatch, tracking / across all plants. Drafting Trial reports.2D / 3P Packaging or Prototype profile handling & development for Mocks.Education & Skills Required Should have 4-8 Yrs of experience in packaging development in FMCG(Personal Care).M Packaging Technologist/Engineer (Preferably from IIP -Indian Institute of Packaging)Conversant with Packaging Development & commercializationParticipated in various personal care packaging specification finalizationConversant with Packaging material quality PRB
