The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the pharmaceutical industry, with deep expertise in clinical research, genomics/NGS, microbiology, regulatory compliance, and team leadership. This role requires strategic vision, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to drive projects to successful completion across diverse geographic regions.Key Responsibilities:Manage the global medical research services team, ensuring high standards of quality, efficiency, and compliance.Develop and implement strategic plans to expand and enhance our medical research capabilities, particularly in genomics/NGS and microbiology, on a global scale.Oversee the design, execution, and analysis of clinical trials and other research projects, ensuring adherence to international standards and regulations.Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards across different regions.Collaborate with pharmaceutical clients worldwide to understand their needs and deliver customized research solutions.Manage budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and excellence within the research team.Represent the company at international industry conferences, meetings, and other events to build and maintain relationships with key global stakeholders.Stay updated on the latest advancements in genomics/NGS and microbiology to drive innovative research approaches.Qualifications:Advanced degree (PhD, MD, or equivalent) in a relevant scientific discipline, with a focus on genomics/NGS and microbiology.Minimum of 10 years of experience in medical research services within the pharmaceutical industry.Extensive knowledge of clinical trial design, execution, regulatory requirements, gene sequencing, and microbiology.Proven track record of successful project management and team leadership in a global context.Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across different cultures and regions.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners worldwide.Experience with budget management and resource allocation.Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and process improvement.What We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunity to work with a dynamic and dedicated team of professionals from around the world.Chance to make a significant impact on the advancement of medical science globally.Professional development and growth opportunities.A supportive and inclusive work environment PRB
