GTM Head IT - Services• The GTM Head for Cloud & IT Services is a pivotal role that demands a combination of strategic thinking, technical knowledge, and leadership abilities to drive market success and revenue growth. • This role will be responsible for sales, order booking, pre-sales and go-to-market strategies.Main Responsibilities:• Develop and execute the strategy for Cloud, Manages Services and IT services in alignment with the overall company objectives.• Provide leadership and direction to achieve revenue targets, profitability, and market share growth.• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region, including strategic partnerships and collaborations along with the account team.• Work closely with the sales team to drive customer acquisition and expansion of service offerings.• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights on industry trends and best practices.• Need to work out strategies for maximizing the business for segments/ industry verticals in consultation with management.• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the cloud and IT services space.• Lead and manage a high-performing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.Key Outputs: • Business Development, OB to Revenue Conversion, GTM.• To achieve weekly/monthly/quarterly order booking sales targets for the region for the BU.• Defend the revenue with the existing accounts and ensure higher share of wallet and Business Development.• Collaborations with functional/ product teams and creating value proposition.• Driving BD Team's Performance.Qualifications:• Engineering Graduate with MBA (Sales & Marketing) from reputed institute/ university preferably.• Experience in direct selling one or more products & services in the area of Cloud technologies, IT Infrastructure domain.• 18 - 25 years of solution selling experience in Cloud & IT Services Domain.Location: MumbaiAbout Us: A Fortune India 500 company, Sify Technologies is India's most comprehensive ICT service & solution provider.
