ISS India is today a significant player in the Facility Management & Professional Services industry in India.Know more about ISS on http://www.in.issworld.com/Role: Business DevelopmentPurpose: The incumbent would be responsible for managing sales for assigned Region/Segment at ISS and would be strategically driving the sales team to achieve the targeted sales revenue and generate new businesses for ISS India.Key Responsibilities:Acquiring new clients through sales initiatives; mining and converting competitors' accountsResponsible for developing existing account for ISSBuilding and maintaining healthy business relations with all the clients and ensuring maximum customer satisfaction by achieving delivery and quality normsResponsible for handling Corporate Accounts for Key clients of ISSResponsible for churning competition accounts while negotiating wise commercial deal resulting into profitable meansHandling client escalations for resolving critical issues and ensuring continuous interaction with the customer to make sure that area of concern can be worked upon for improved service levelsCommunicating the client's goals and representing the client's interests to the teamEnsuring the organization's goals and objectives are achieved by means of attracting new accounts and maintaining existing accounts emphasizing on relationship for long termIdentify & implement Systems & Processes aimed at improving Customer Service levels & StandardsPreparation of Presentation and Monthly MISShould have knowledge of client mapping, tender processing and coastingCustomer Retention & seeking improvement in procedures and services to create more efficient and cost effective operationsDesired Skills:Functional Skills:Good negotiation & presentation skillsStrong in lead management and follow-upsStrong network in the marketGeneric Skills:A demonstrated ability to work independently and make decisions based on existing policy/procedureAbility to communicate effectively both verbally and by emailHighly organized, detail oriented and accurateAbility to prioritize work, meet deadlines and targetsWhy join ISS?At ISS, we offer you a challenging and exciting career in an ambitious working environment characterized by high pace and drive.
