In short, we assist to make clever happen.RoleWalkerscott are looking for a Senior Developer/Technical to join our growing Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365FO) practice based out of Bengaluru, India. As a Senior Developer, you will be working with the D365FO team to deliver quality solutions for our customers and internally. To thrive in this role, you will need to be a team player, working within the team and working independently. We are looking for candidates with strong analytical skills, who enjoy problem solving and can manage tasks independently and prioritise work. Keeping up to date with changes to the platform and learning new things are encouraged and a willingness to help and share knowledge with others is key. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Full Lifecycle Application Development: Estimate, Design, Develop, Test & Deploy extensions / enhancements for Microsoft D365FOEnvironment Management: Deploy D365FO environments, platform updates and environment refreshes.Create and Maintain Technical Designs based on Functional Designs/RequirementsDevelop and Maintain solutions and functionality with high-quality code in a timely mannerAnalysing and testing extensions / enhancements prior to handing development work over to delivery teamProviding Technical Support to Delivery team and Customers: Investigating, analysing and replicating issues (debugging and technical triage)Participate in System Architecture discussions from a Technical perspectiveDevelop and enhance approved internal R&D initiatives as requiredObtaining and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications, as applicableTechnical SkillsMB-300 & MB-500 CertifiedStrong software development experience in D365FO (Minimum 3-5 years D365FO development)Experience with D365FO IntegrationsStrong Experience with D365FO's -SSRS Reports -Electronic Reporting -Business Form Framework -Data ManagementStrong experience in MS Visual StudioStrong experience in MS Azure DevOpsStrong experience with LCS (Lifecycle Services)Ability to use development tools for D365FO including but not limited to: -Microsoft X++ -.NETProducing/contributing to project documentation (extension specification documents)Knowledge of D365 supply chain, warehouse management, production control, inventory management or financialsStrong database knowledge, in-depth understanding of MS SQL server to develop stored procedures.Working knowledge of Microsoft D365FO (working knowledge of AX2012, AX2009 and older versions is an asset)Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or equivalentFluent in English, speaking and writing.Other Beneficial SkillsExperience in Power PlatformExperience in C#Experience in AzureExperience with RSATExperience with working with onshore team and clientsCertifications -MB-310 - Finance -MB-320 - Manufacturing -MB-330 - Supply Chain Management -MB-335 - Supply Chain Expert -MB-700 - Solution ArchitectWhat's stopping you?To attract the very best talent in the market, WalkerScott provide a competitive compensation structure combined with an energetic, talented environment.
