Job Description Support the facilitation of the valuation of all agribusiness types of properties for lending purposes. Be responsible for the control of all administration Agribusiness Valuations. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Type of Qualification: Diploma Field of Study: Business Commerce Type of Qualification: First Degree Field of Study: Business Commerce Experience Required Agribusiness Business & Commercial Banking 3-4 years Be registered at the South African Council for the Property Valuers Profession as either a Candidate Valuer or a Professional Associated Valuer. Thorough knowledge of all valuation methods / methodology. Able to do complex valuation calculations e.g. discounted cash flows etc. Knowledge of the agricultural property markets.
