JASARA PMC, a prominent company in the construction and project management industry, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health and Safety Senior Manager to join our team. As the Health and Safety Senior Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive health and safety strategies and programs to ensure the well-being of our employees and compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.By joining our team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our commitment to excellence, safety, and delivering high-quality projects. You will play a key role in fostering a culture of safety, mitigating risks, and continuously improving our health and safety practices.Responsibilities Develop and implement health and safety policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with local and international regulations. Establish and maintain effective systems for identifying, assessing, and controlling potential hazards and risks. Conduct regular inspections, audits, and reviews to monitor compliance and identify areas for improvement. Provide expert advice and guidance on health and safety matters to project teams and internal stakeholders. Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions. Develop and deliver health and safety training programs to raise awareness and promote a culture of safety. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, changes in regulations, and best practices, and implement enhancements to our health and safety program. Maintain effective relationships with regulatory authorities and external stakeholders. Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations on health and safety performance.
