As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing projects in the civil engineering industry. JASARA PMC is a renowned company committed to delivering exceptional social infrastructure programs in Saudi Arabia, making a positive impact on communities and shaping the future of the Kingdom.As a Senior Project Manager at JASARA PMC, you will be responsible for leading and delivering complex projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, leveraging your expertise to drive successful project outcomes.Responsibilities Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of civil engineering projects, ensuring adherence to project objectives and requirements Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively Coordinate and collaborate with project teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution Identify and manage project risks, implementing appropriate mitigation strategies Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and quality control procedures Manage relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns throughout the project lifecycleRequirements Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant field Minimum of 20 years of experience in managing civil engineering projects Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Sound understanding of relevant regulations and industry best practices Proficiency in project management software and tools* PMP or Prince2 certification is a plus
