Description:

As a Software Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire software development life cycle from planning and design to implementation and deployment. You will work closely with the development team, stakeholders, and customers to ensure the successful delivery of projects on time, within budget, and with high quality.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and execution of SaaS software development projects, ensuring that project goals, timelines, and budgets are met.

• Collaborate with the development team to define project scope, deliverables, and milestones, and to ensure that project requirements are accurately captured and documented.

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, and regularly report project status to senior management and stakeholders.

• Manage project risks and issues, and identify and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.

• Ensure that project deliverables meet high quality standards, and that appropriate testing and quality assurance processes are in place.

• Work closely with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure that project outcomes meet their needs and expectations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• 5+ years of experience as a software project manager, with a track record of successfully managing SaaS projects.

• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, project management frameworks, and tools such as Agile, Scrum, Jira, and Confluence.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to clearly convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve their goals.

• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop creative solutions.
