Leasing Manager

Responsibilities : Market and advertise properties to potential tenants. Qualify and screen tenants to ensure they meet the property's rental criteria. Negotiate leases with tenants. Execute leases in a timely and efficient manner. Maintain a high level of customer service. Track and analyze leasing data to identify trends and opportunities. Work with other departments to ensure that leasing goals are met. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in leasing. Strong understanding of real estate laws and regulations. Real estate license. Experience with property management software. Experience with marketing and advertising. Experience with tenant screening and selection. Experience with negotiating leases. Experience with maintaining a high level of customer service.
