Role: Corporate Sales Manager (Channel Sales)Designation: Associate Manager/ Manager/ Sr. ManagerLocations: Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Pune, MumbaiReporting To: Regional HeadWe are in search of a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Sales Manager (Channel Sales). The ideal candidate will spearhead the expansion and oversight of our array of strategic partnerships with Insurance, Broker and TPAs. This position demands a solid mix of business development, relationship cultivation, and strategic foresight. The Corporate Sales Manager (Channel Sales) will hold a pivotal position in pinpointing, securing, and fostering partnerships that resonate with our business goals.Responsibilities:Lead the identification and cultivation of strategic partnerships with insurance companies, brokers, and TPAs to expand our indirect sales channelsDevelop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to maximize revenue generation through indirect sales partnershipsFoster strong relationships with key stakeholders in insurance, brokerage, and TPA sectors to ensure alignment of partnership objectives with our business goalsCollaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of indirect sales initiatives, leveraging resources effectivelyMonitor market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to identify new opportunities for partnership expansion and revenue growth in the indirect sales spaceTo be on top of competition offerings and navigate a conversation with a client when asked, by not comparing features rather highlighting our USPs which best suit the clientKeeping track of competitor activities and products and developing a sales strategy to ensure market edgeThe Successful Applicant:Graduate with Min. of 3 years of relevant experience in Channel/Indirect sales or a similar B2B related sales roleDemonstrated understanding of indirect sales processes and strategies.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Ability to thrive in a dynamic, target-driven environment.Highly articulate with excellent business communication (verbal and written) skills and presentation skills suitable for a corporate environmentWillingness to roll up the sleeves and demonstrate a "get the job done at all cost" attitudeCareer opportunities and benefits:Play a key role in a successful high-growth startupBe at the forefront of new-age health-techEnjoy attractive compensation, incentives, health and fitness-sponsored benefitsReport directly to Top managementAbout Company:Join the fastest-growing health benefits platform in India. ekincare is a Series B funded startup, Operating in one of the few industries with tailwinds from COVID-19.
