Job Description:Member Enrollment Shift : US Shift Work Location: HCL Technologies shollinganallur 1 - 2 years of experience in US Healthcare Payor operation - member enrollment (group / plan setup, member maintenance)• Knowledge with Facets application would be preferred.• Familiarity with healthcare policies, regulations, and compliance requirements, such as HIPAA and ACA.• Proficiency in different types of health insurance plans, including HMOs, PPOs, and government-sponsored programs like Medicare and Medicaid.• Take ownership and follow-up to resolve•Typing skils @ 35 WPM • Good English language skills spoken/written/grammar/sentence formation PRB
