This pivotal role demands aminimum of 8 years of hands-on SAP implementation expertise, emphasizing a profoundgrasp of FI and CO functionalities within the S/4 HANA framework.The chosen candidate will serve as the linchpin in configuring and customizing SAP FI andCO modules, wielding extensive product costing expertise to optimize financial processes.Mastery over General Ledger, Accounts Receivable/Payable, and Asset Accounting isimperative, alongside a deep understanding of Cost Center Accounting and Account-BasedCOPA.Beyond technical acumen, this role necessitates a seasoned financial background, ideallycomplemented by a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification. The successful candidate willseamlessly collaborate with global and regional teams, translating intricate financialintricacies into tailor-made SAP solutions.Moreover, the incumbent will be entrusted with ensuring the seamless integration of SAPFI/CO modules with other critical functions, such as SAP MM, SAP PP, and SAP SD,bolstering the companys operational efficiency. Their proficiency in mapping standard SAPS/4 solutions to nuanced business requirements, coupled with their flair for problem-solving,will drive the organization towards heightened financial agility.In addition to their SAP expertise, the ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding ofFiori reporting, adept at designing reports tailored to the needs of both global and regionalfinancial functionalities. Their ability to leverage Fiori reporting tools will enhance decision-making processes, empowering stakeholders with real-time insights into financialperformance.Furthermore, this role holds significant responsibility within the Change Control Board(CCB), advising on reported issues and providing expert ERP solutions. The incumbent willplay a crucial role in guiding the team towards solutions that maintain the integrity of the SAPERP system, ensuring its health amidst evolving business needs. They will advocate for theadherence to a single instance with a single template, judiciously evaluating requests toalign with best practices and long-term system sustainability. This involves not merely sayingyes to all requests but possessing the ability to guide the business towards the rightsolutions, benefiting both the business and the SAP ERP systems health.In essence, this role is not merely about software implementation; its about orchestratingfinancial prowess within a digital realm, where every configuration aligns with strategicfinancial objectives. If you're poised to merge financial acumen with SAP expertise, designFiori reports that drive actionable insights, play a pivotal role in change management, andspearhead transformative financial initiatives, we eagerly await your application.Key Responsibilities:Participate in multiple end-to-end SAP FI/CO implementation projects within the ERPorganization.Collaborate with global and regional business teams to understand their financial andcontrolling requirements and deliver tailored SAP FI/CO solutions.Configure and customize SAP FI and CO modules to meet business needs within the setframework.Participation in Change Control Board.Ensure seamless integration between SAP FI/CO and other modules such as SAP MM, SAPPP, SAP SD, and third-party applications through CPI.Analyse incidents/SRs/CRs and determine appropriate solutions within SLAs.Map standard SAP S/4 solutions to business requirements with minimal development.Ensure adherence to FI/CO period-end closing processes and support operational andmanagement reporting for FICO area.Develop and enforce the FI/CO framework, ensuring adherence by both ERP and businessteams.Work closely with the Global AMS partner to deliver timely solutions.Ensure strict adherence to defined governance frameworks and support audit compliancerequirements.Resolve complex issues within the FI/CO & other integrated functional modules with expertdomain knowledge, leveraging strong problem-solving skills.Provide training and support to business teams.Prepare and deliver high-quality documentation and reports.Travel to different locations of Savannah Seeds as required.Qualifications:Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification must.8+ years of SAP implementation experience.Thorough understanding of FI and CO functionalities in S/4 HANA.Experience with configuration, master data setup, and customizations.Knowledge of integrations through CPI for 3rd Party Applications and other integratedModules.Ability to analyse incidents/SRs/CRs and determine appropriate solutions within SLAs.Certified S/4 HANA FICO professional preferred.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Flexibility to travel to different locations of Savannah Seeds.What We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunity to work with a global leader in the agriculture industry.Professional development and growth opportunities.A collaborative and innovative work environment.
