SUMMARYOur Accounting Advisory Services team partners with customers to create opportunities for the future. We do this in several ways, including serving as their outsourced accounting department for high-level business consulting and CFO-level services. The Manager role serves as a critical part of the engagement team providing leadership to team members and directly interacting with the highest levels of management and leadership with our customers. The Accounting Advisory Services team members collaborate with partners in Tax, Consulting, and Audit regarding customers' accounting processes and reporting to facilitate decision-making, risk management, profitability improvement, and achieving strategic goals. This service line is fast-growing, and we are eager for you to join the team and help us continue to grow!WHAT WILL YOU DO:Impact customers by providing an accurate and insightful overview of the organization's performance, enabling informed decision making by management to drive business growth and optimize operational strategies. Manage month-end close process for multiple outsourced accounting customers with a focus on timely delivery of high-quality financial statements. Develop and maintain strong business relationships with individual clients. Review financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness. Analyze key financial and operational data to identify trends and identify key areas of client performance.Assess current month end close processes and procedures and make recommendations for improvements.Identify issues and recommend creative solutions to complex client issues.Provide leadership and guidance to the internal team, including training and mentoring. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.Identify and pursue opportunities to serve new customers and to provide additional services to your clients.Monitor client engagement economics and participate in billing and collection process.Leverage technology for increased effectiveness and efficiency.Work with intelligent and innovative professionals who challenge you to grow and be your best self.WHAT WILL YOU NEED:Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance7+ years of client accounting advisory experienceActive Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) or Chartered Accountant (CA)A strong understanding of general ledger accountingExcellent written and oral communication skillsThe ability to work quickly and accurately with significant attention to detail, work independently and collaboratively with a team.Take full ownership of your role in meeting deadlines, including working necessary hours to meet customer deadlines.Time management and multitasking skills to handle multiple tasks and clients simultaneously.Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skillsAn entrepreneurial spirit to grow the India Accounting Advisory team by identifying and developing relationships with key India and US team members.Accounting software knowledge is Required (such as Botkeeper, Quickbooks, Build, Sage Intacct etc) PRB
