Job Description:Qualification & Experience:CA: First attempt at all levels3 to 4 years work experience preference would be given for exposure in operations/manufacturing commercial.Key Deliverables of the Role:Approval and monitoring of Overall BudgetsEvaluation of Key Capex proposals.Monitoring key KPIsLeading automation agendas including IT projectsStrong Commercial acumen, should be able to drive commercial hygiene in terms of reconciliation, taking NOC from customers, manage debtors/creditors/inventories, etc.Driving Cost Optimization Initiatives across ManufacturingLeading improvement led projects in Manufacturing.Liaison with Factory Commercial team for resolution of commercial agendasQuarterly Review with top management on functional overviewKnowledge, Skills & Competencies:Business and Commercial acumenProject managementNetworking and influencing skillsCommunication skillsUnderstanding of governance risk and controlData AnalyticsReporting Relationships:Upwards - Partner- Head Manufacturing Commercial PRB
