Welcome to the relentless pursuit of better!Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager - Internal Audit | SOX: In this role, you will be responsible for leading large projects encompassing internal audit reviews, enterprise risk assessments, operational process reviews, SOX s404 documentation and control testing, evaluating internal controls, reliability of financial reporting, compliance with applicable laws and regulations and effectiveness and efficiency of operations including cost management.Locations open - Gurugram, Noida Mumbai, Bangalore, Pune, Jaipur, KolkataIndustry: Any Industry except BFSI, preferred consulting experience.Responsibilities:an independent role in assignments including developing audit project plans and executing and interacting with process owners.opportunities for new business opportunities with clients, support in proposal development, identify and develop new solution offerings.original work programs appropriate for the assignment.presentations to senior management and/or audit committee on findings/results.strong client focus by building positive relationships with clients, scheduling and conducting key client meetings.all aspects of project results / QA. Supervise teams of multi-location professionals; approx. 6 - 10 depending on projects underway.proposals / solution documents.Qualifications we seek in you!
