Hello,Please share your updated resume at gemini.goyal@cotiviti.com if interested.PRINCIPAL PURPOSE OF JOBThe Primary function of Lead Trainer Medical Coding is to Lead a team of trainers, guide them through the content creation, development, execution, evaluation and other phases of training program development and implementation, help the team with stakeholder/client management, should be able to train on ICD -10, CPT and HCPCS with emphasis on making the trainees well versed with all the coding guidelines, creating the competency in the trainers to understand complex coding scenarios in conjunction with the medical billing guidelines, provide the SME support to the HCC project.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES• Manage a team of experienced trainers across locations• Stakeholder and internal client management• Creating MIS Reports and conducting daily, weekly, and monthly reviews• Deliver Training on CRC certification• Demonstrates and understanding of ICD coding guidelines, coding clinic determinations, CMS, and other regulatory compliance guidelines and mandates along with incorporating into training materials.• Ability to establish, monitor, and implement a training schedule.• Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple competing deadlines simultaneously.• Capable of delivering classroom training effectively on US Healthcare specifically related to general coding, ICD, CRC Training, HCC Coding and Medical Billing concepts• Good understanding of US Healthcare concepts related to Medicare Advantage Plans• Strong knowledge on Medical Billing and other RCM functions• Designing and developing training modules• Developing assessment tools: Evaluations and knowledge checks, exercises• Providing constructive feedback• Tracking changes and updates in US Healthcare, Medical Coding and Medical Billing domainsRELEVANT EXPERIENCE & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS• Graduate with 8+ years of HCC coding experience, • Training experience is must • Should have lead teams in the past • Life Sciences Graduates preferred • Medical Coding Certification is mandatory (CPC, CRC etc.) PRB
