Shimmer HR is a new age boutique recruitment firm looking to expand its operation in domestics and other geographies.This role for BD India locations and following responsibility and skill set are required.Responsibility:1. Grow the staffing business to an annual turnover of 2cr and above2. Acquire new clients and farming existing clients.3. Build the India operations from scratch and also build the delivery team and manage the team.4. Drive operational excellence and bring in quick delivery methodologies5. Manage client meets and presentation6. Stakeholder management and leadership team.7. Management reporting and dashboard management8. Manage the P&LSkill set required:1. Can bring in active 3-4 clients within a 30 days and revenue generation within first 90 days2. Should have managed similar profile and successfully managed a turn over of 1cr and above3. Good communication skills and street smart attitude4. Should be highly motivated individual and should have the kick to work in a start up environment and enjoy building from scratch QualificationMinimum Graduation.Work Type - RemoteEmployment type - Consultant (Permanent role) PRB
