Job Description: Unified Communications - Consultant role for Cloud based contact center/call center technology. Primary Skills - Genesys Cloud CXGenesys Call Flow ArchitectGenesys Workforce ManagementGenesys Integrations with CRM applications like ServiceNowGenesys integration with MS TeamsIP TelephonySecondary Skills -Good to have skills on AWS platform and Amazon Connect service. Candidate should have knowledge on Engineering, consultation and also be able assist with day to day operational activities on Genesys Cloud CX.Should be able to assist in event of any service degradation or outage and engage in live troubleshooting with end user.The requirement is for Global contact center setup and may have to work with users across different time zone. However, should be flexible with working hours on a need to basis. Work Location: India Overall work experience - 10+ yearsRelevant minimum work experience - 5+ years PRB
