The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing all aspects of greenfield projects, with a focus on land acquisition, establishment of plants, and machinery setup.Key Responsibilities:Lead the planning and execution of greenfield projects from inception to completion.Oversee land acquisition processes, including site selection, negotiation, and acquisition.Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely approvals and permits for project commencement.Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to meet project objectives.Develop and implement project management plans, including risk management strategies and mitigation plans.Supervise the establishment of plants and machinery, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and quality standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction, to streamline project workflows and ensure seamless execution.Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing issues and risks proactively.Prepare regular project status reports and updates for senior management and stakeholders.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.Minimum 15 years of experience in project management, with a focus on greenfield projects.Proven track record of successfully planning and executing large-scale projects, preferably in Mining or Construction.Strong understanding of land acquisition processes, regulatory requirements, and environmental considerations.Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.Proficiency in project management tools and software.PMP certification or equivalent preferred.How to Apply:If you're passionate about project management and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, we invite you to apply for the position at SYNA Group by sending your updated CV to hrdirector@synagroup.in.
