Join WWT today!Responsibilities:Lead an enterprise application migration effortWork with various technology teams to change account number formattingEnsure all applications are accurately reading new account numbers with minimal impact to the end consumerWork with various internal and external stakeholders to successfully deliver new account number formatWork with management to assemble project teams and work groups to produce deliverables required to achieve the objectives of a defined program.Organize, direct and coordinate cross-functional activities to focus corporate resources on the successful delivery and implementation of the desired resultsWork with the executive sponsor (VP or higher), and other management as required to achieve the objectivesAcquire detailed understanding of the business objectives for an assigned area.Monitor and evaluate the progress, alignment and financial "health" of a cross-functional group of projects and related activities which together, constitutes a defined corporate program.Direct corrective action as needed to maintain the viability of the programAssess risks that might jeopardize successful achievement of the desired results of a program, develop risk mitigation strategies and tactics, and implement risk mitigation plans.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven experience (8+ years) in IT project management, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams across different cultures and time zones.Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve project goals.Solid understanding of IT service management principles, methodologies, and best practices (e.g., ITIL, Agile, Scrum).PMP or other project management certification is a plus.
