Position Overview:The Driver Recruitment Manager is responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract, hire, and retain qualified drivers. This role involves managing the full recruitment cycle, from job posting and sourcing to onboarding and retention. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the transportation industry, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to recruitment.Job Description: Driver Recruitment Manager Planning, Strategizing and Executing various initiatives to bring a constant supply of Drivers. Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, referrals, and career fairs. Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates. Thought Leadership and Innovation in terms of different sources for aggregation of drivers. Building Long Term Relationships and Assets to provide a continuous source of manpower / leads for the growing needs of the business. Leading and expanding according to central strategy and the future expansion plans in all the cities where Everest is present and wants to enter. Managing Supply by integrating with the all City Leads with the help of business forecasting. Creating Incentives and pay-out structures. Monitoring, managing a team of Driver Recruiters across the cities and driving the performance in line with the business requirements. Building a core team which will be responsible for company's growth in terms of different clientele and programs.
