All this has been done with an energetic & dedicated team of engineers, for whom no problem is unsolvable.Roles & Responsibilities: Ensuring Material Incoming and physical check as per process of warehouse management GRN Processing Ensure all supplier invoices are passing to finance team on time for accounting and payable due Coordinating and clearing the QA inspection on time Need to manage the labelling and Put way process on described storage locations Coordinating with procurement team and fixing all the gap against incoming materials receipt Need to ensure timely picking and kitting activity completeness from warehouse Ensure Material issuances for internal production and external job work vendors within TAT Need to manage entire warehouse end to end operations for RM, Semi FG and FG goods Need to use the space and mechanical handling equipment efficiently Responding to all internal and external and communications by email and telephone on time Maintaining the stock control systems up to date and make sure inventories are accurate Need to plan the upcoming future capacity requirements Training and monitoring the warehouse operators with their individual performance & progress Maintaining regular warehouse reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis Assigning work schedules and timesheets to Warehouse Workers Preparing a list of outgoing shipments on daily basis with prior planning as per business urgency Need to manage multiple warehouse operations including 3PL service at various locations Need to plan and carry out the wall to wall Inventory Cycle count and PIC inventory concept Responsible for Overall inventory at Warehouse, Vendor and Supplier end including internal cycle count, signoff and reconciliation Ensuring a well-coordinated reception of all materials, items, and products, and making sure they are sorted,labelled, and stored per company standards and policies Ensuring the compliance of warehouse operations with regulations as per industry standards Maintaining MIS reports, other internal process documentation records on day to day work along withperformance Dashboards. Ensuring delivery deadlines and quality objectives are metSoft Skills: Result Oriented personality and an independent player Able to present well to both Internal Management and Suppliers Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Superb communication and interpersonal skills required Willingness to operate in a dynamic environment Ability to make quick decision Thirst for knowledge and the ability to learn quicklyTechnical Skills: SAP S4 Hana Microsoft Excel vlookup, pivot and other formulas Powerpoint presentations Any Degree / DiplomaPeople Management Skills: Manage, coach, and develop high performing team and individuals that meets objectives and deliversdesired results, adds value, and practices continuous improvement approach Set functional objectives/KPI's and review/assess ongoing performance of direct reports Overall a team player to take the whole team together towards achieving the goals of the organization PRB
