Construction Manager (Labour Management OR Construction Management)

Role and Responsibilities:Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completionReview the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costsOversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulationsCoordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractorsReview the work progress on daily basis and regular reporting to management and clientPrepare internal and external reports pertaining to job statusPlan to prevent problems and resolve any emerging onesNegotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and licensesEnsure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniquesMust Haves:Understanding of all facets of the infrastructure construction processLeadership and human resources management skillsExcellent time and project management skillsBachelor's / Masters degree in Civil engineering, Construction management, Architecture, or related fieldExperience and Skills:Proven 8 10 years working experience in infrastructure / construction management, preferable corporate interiorsExpert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standardsNote:This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the responsibilities and requirements of the position.
