UPES is Hiring for an Assistant Professor - School of Business !!!Cluster - General Management and Leadership in the following domains: Position Overview:As an Assistant Professor in the School of Business, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality education, conducting impactful research, and engaging with the business community. This is a full-time, tenure-track position with opportunities for professional growth and development. Key Responsibilities:Develop and teach undergraduate and graduate courses in your area of expertise, such as Human Resource management, marketing, and Communication (English language, or strategy.Conduct scholarly research and publish in top-tier academic journals.Mentor and advise students, providing guidance on academic and career goals.Engage in service activities, including committee work and academic leadership initiatives.Collaborate with colleagues and industry partners to enhance the academic experience and drive innovation.
