For over 35 years we've helped our customers create beautiful homes they love with an innovative range of quality products they can afford.  As the Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies to ensure the successful positioning and growth of the company's brand. You will play a critical role in shaping the brand's identity, messaging, and visual representation to resonate with target audiences and drive brand loyalty. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will lead brand initiatives and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints. What you will love doing in this role Brand Identity and Visual Representation Oversee the development and maintenance of the brand's visual identity, including logos, colors, typography, and brand guidelines. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels. Marketing Campaigns and Collateral  Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop compelling marketing campaigns that reflect the brand's essence and messaging. Review and approve marketing collateral to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and messaging. Collaborate with internal teams (such as creative and channel) to develop and execute marketing campaigns and projects Set project timelines, ensure the alignment of resources and ensure that expectation and deadlines are met. Consumer Engagement and Experience Execute strategies to enhance the overall customer experience and build brand loyalty. Monitor customer feedback and sentiment related to the brand, making improvements as needed. Brand Communication Develop brand communication plans to engage target audiences and build brand awareness. Manage public relations and media efforts to maintain a positive brand image. Brand Performance Analysis Monitor brand performance metrics, such as brand awareness, perception, and market share. Conduct competitive analysis to stay informed about market trends and competitors' branding strategies. Budget Management Manage the brand marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to achieve brand objectives.
