Remote Freelance PowerPoint Specialist - R500 per hour

This is a remote position. Duration: Freelance/Contract-based Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled PowerPoint Specialist to join our team on a freelance basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling and professional presentations that effectively communicate our clients' messages. This role requires a deep understanding of PowerPoint's advanced features and an eye for design to ensure high-quality deliverables. Key Responsibilities: Presentation Design Create and design PowerPoint presentations that are visually appealing and aligned with brand guidelines. Transform complex information and data into clear, concise, and visually engaging slides. Develop templates and master slides to ensure consistency across presentations. Content Development Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand the presentation objectives and key messages. Integrate multimedia elements such as images, charts, videos, and animations to enhance presentations. Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy and clarity. Project ManagementManage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines. Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure project requirements are met. Revise presentations based on feedback and provide timely updates to clients. Technical Skills Utilize advanced PowerPoint features such as slide transitions, animations, and embedded media. Ensure presentations are compatible with various platforms and devices. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in presentation design. Requirements Qualifications: Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in presentation design, graphic design, or a similar role. Skills and Competencies Expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint, including advanced features and functions. Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) are a plus. Excellent visual storytelling and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Preferred Attributes: Experience working with clients in various industries. Knowledge of other presentation software such as Google Slides or Prezi. Ability to create custom graphics and illustrations.
