Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for a Graduate Trainee. As a Graduate Trainee at Econovus Packaging, you will be responsible for assisting in various tasks related to packaging design, new product development, and project coordination. Your day-to-day tasks may include concept development, design thinking, technical specification, CAE analysis, testing, and supporting the packaging team in achieving first-time-right packaging solutions. Qualifications Knowledge of packaging design and engineering principlesProficiency in manufacturing of packaging materials.Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsAttention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasksExcellent communication and teamwork skillsAbility to learn quickly and adapt to new challengesSelf-motivated and eager to learn and grow in the packaging industryBachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fieldExperience with sustainable packaging practices is a plus PRB
