Production Support Specialist (Swift- Payment Domain)

Role OverviewYou will be part of the SWIFT International payments engineering team, supporting and maintaining Australia's most extensive international payment transfer system.You will work with various teams across the bank, particularly group security, risk and assurance, IT infrastructure, projects, the compliance team, and third-party vendors.Your opportunity:Improve processes and codes to optimise application performance throughput;Improve the onboarding and maintenance of user data, streamlining and decreasing the time to onboard users;Improve the application cyber security hygiene;Participate with a variety of large-scale projects across to support NAB payment strategy;Opportunity to learn Cyber Security improvements and implement to the system;Experience Required (7-12 Years)Experience implementing, supporting, and enhancing applications, ideally with Banking and/or Finance industry exposure;Experience working on RHEL, AIX and Windows Operating systems, Azure and AWS;Experience working on Azure virtual desktops and cloud technology;Desirable skills, understanding of firewalls, networking, secure zones and remote access;Desirable skills, understanding disaster recovery, segregation of duties, cyber security attestation;Understanding of shell scripting, CLI and PowerShell;Working knowledge of automation tools highly desirable e.g. Ansible, GitHub and Artifactory;Excellent communication skills with the ability to deal with stakeholders (both end users and product owners);Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills;Experience with ServiceNow, GitHub, Artifactory, Application restoration, Monitoring and logging, Confluence, Qualys.Experience with Banking attestations, evidence collection.Flexible for 24X7 support and if required during weekends as well Professional CompetenciesPassionate about delivering quality results and excellent services;Excellent analytical skills;Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills;Great communication and organisational skills;Demonstrated ability to deal with complex requirements, managing feedback and change;Self-motivated.
