A unique opportunity has opened for a Customer Supply Supervisor to join the Customer Services team that is integrated in the Supply Chain Department, working for a Multi-National FMCG Business based in Dammam.As the Customer Supply Supervisor, you will be responsible for:* To control and manage the daily activities of the customer service department and ensure set service levels are adhered to at all times.* Overseeing all customer service activities and ensure that all customer orders are processed and delivered on time.* Reviewing all sales orders or customer purchase orders and compare with the sales forecast.* Working closely with the Sales Manager/General Manager to agree with the quotations, proforma and contracts for the customers.* Supervise in preparing all export documents for translation in Arabic and ensure that all docs are ready prior to each shipment of finish goods.* Producing monthly reports and updated KPIs.Quest Search and Selection is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy. The ideal Customer Supply Supervisor will have the following qualifications:* Graduate of any college or university education, preferably sales or business management related.* Must have 2-3 years core Customer Service experience within a Supply Chain ideally within an FMCG environment.* Computer literate on latest desktop operations, SAP would be an advantage.* Excellent communication skills, Fluent in English and Arabic is preferred.This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to further learn and develop as a professional in a new and exciting work environment.
